Shipping Rates

New Zealand Orders
Free Track and Trace with http://www.courierpost.co.nz for orders over $20. Orders under $20 will incur a $10 postage and handling fee at checkout.

International Orders
NZ$10* Flat Rate Worldwide. *Some extra large products (eg: large books, headshop items) may incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case we will contact you upon receiving your order.

Delivery Times
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within New Zealand.
International orders take approx 7 business days, but some destinations may take up to 21 business days.
We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days.

Book Delivery times
Due to the large number of books we supply not all titles may be currently in stock at our warehouse.
Please see below each book listing title for one of the following two delivery codes:

• In stock. - Book is currently in stock at our warehouse and will ship as soon as we process your order.
• Ships in 2-6 business days. - Book is in stock at the publishers and will arrive at our warehouse in approx the number of days specified. Please allow a few extra days for delivery.

Orders with Multiple Items
In order to serve you quicker we may occasionally divide orders containing multiple items into two separate shipments. If this is the case we will not charge shipping on the second shipment.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain brown postal boxes or courier bags. For New Zealand customers only your name & address and a return P O box are viable from the outside of the package. For International customers we use a low profile background company return address. All products are given low key descriptions.

Customs Costs and Compliance
All our products are 100% legal in New Zealand. International customers please check with your local customs that our products are legal to import into your country before submitting your order. While we have done our best to list shipping restrictions for each product, due to constantly changing international laws we can not be expected to keep up with the current legal status of each of our products in every country in the world. We take no responsibility for orders confiscated by your local customs or any other issues or costs that may arise after your order has left New Zealand. Do not order products that may be illegal in your country. If in doubt consult your lawyer.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with any item and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so up to 30 days after the date of your purchase. All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Please contact us before sending items back to us. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our behalf.
