Guarana (100 gram) (Paulinnia cupana)

Guarana (pronounced gwa-ra-naa) is a berry that grows in Venezuela and the northern parts of Brazil.
The name 'Guarana' comes from the Guarani tribe that lives in Brazil.

In Brazil, Guarana is used to quicken perception, delay sleep, help with endurance based activities, to recover from a hangover and to impair the appetite.

Usage: Mix with hot water and/or milk to make a hot drink.
Add Stevia or honey to taste.
Can also be added to smoothies etc.
