The name 'Guarana' comes from the Guarani tribe that lives in Brazil.

In Brazil, Guarana is used to quicken perception, delay sleep, help with endurance based activities, to recover from a hangover and to impair the appetite.

Usage: Mix with hot water and/or milk to make a hot drink.
Add Stevia or honey to taste.
Can also be added to smoothies etc.
