By placing an order with MindFuel NZ Limited you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
All MindFuel products are R18 - No exceptions.
We reserve the right to ask the customer to provide I.D. that proves they are at least 18 years of age. By the customer certifying their age upon ordering we remove ourselves from the liability of selling any product to persons under 18.
All fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
All products are intended for legal uses. We strongly discourage any illegal or unethical use of our products.
Purchase our products at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for the outcome of the use or misuse of anything we offer. MindFuel NZ Limited and anyone or anything related to MindFuel NZ Limited, can not be held accountable for your actions or choices.
We take no responsibility for any errors printed in our websites. Due to the nature of the web, it may take time to make changes to errors once we are notified of them.
All Smart Products (Legal Highs & Party Pills) are intended as a harm minimization solution for people who would otherwise be using dangerous illicit street drugs. No drug use is the safest option.
